I'll stamp all over 'serious fighter' Paul - Anthony Joshua

Anthony Joshua and Jake Paul face-off

The British boxer prepares to battle Jake Paul in an eight-bout fight which will be broadcast in real-time on Netflix.

British boxer Anthony Joshua stated he will "overwhelm entirely" Jake Paul and "defeat" his opponent as the two fighters met personally to publicize next month's bout.

Former two time unified boxing king Joshua faces YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul - in what is, theoretically, a huge uneven pairing - at Miami's Kaseya Center on December 19th.

Boxer's Mentality

"I will injure his face and damage his physique. I'm here to prove I'm superior," Joshua, 35, declared.

"I'll stamp all over him. That's how fighters think.

"I will really want to injure him. That's what I want to do."

Civil Interaction

In spite of those words, a relaxed Anthony Joshua and internet personality Paul - typically famous for his dramatics - shared friendly words and remained civil with each other.

Jake Paul rather attacked ex Joshua's rival Francis Ngannou and described him as "a joke" after Ngannou turned down a match opportunity.

Taking Aim at Tyson Fury

Joshua, in the meantime, targeted UK rival Fury - and declined a million-pound wager 'The Gypsy King' states he will put on a Paul win.

"[Paul] outshines Fury - he's present here," Joshua commented.

"I give him credit for that."

Serious Fighter

In spite of stating he plans to hurt Jake Paul, Anthony Joshua chose not to speak negatively about his rival's pugilistic talent.

"Jake Paul is a credible opponent," he stated.

Paul's Background

Paul - who originally gained popularity on the television network - has mostly boxed MMA fighters or faded names since turning professional.

He was defeated by Briton Tommy Fury in last year.

Commercial Success

Still, the relative newcomer continues to be one of boxing's biggest financial successes, frequently receiving huge paydays.

Prediction and Belief

The 28-year-old forecast a KO victory in round four or five and stated he would stop the much-anticipated Joshua–Fury fight, which is allegedly under discussion for two years from now.

"The next fight will be myself against Tyson Fury next year," Jake Paul stated.

Physical Difference

As the two fighters participated in the customary stare-down, with their physical disparity evident, it drove home just how improbable this entire matchup is - and how remarkable it is that the match is truly going ahead.
